Original vintage 1940s Old Hollywood black velvet wrap dress.

The dress has an elegant design with gathered shoulders, lightly padded shoulders and a plunging wrap front. The waist is fitted with belt and the skirt has a slim gently flared cut. The sleeves are full length with straight cuffs. Unlined.
